UNITAR United Nations Immersion Program

The UNITAR Immersion Program is a unique opportunity for school students to experience the inner workings of international organisations firsthand.

Through a series of interactive workshops, expert-led lectures, and guided tours of key institutions in Geneva, students will gain firsthand exposure to the United Nations.

This program is designed to benefit students not just academically but also in their personal and professional development.

Itinerary

The United Nations Immersion Program offers participants a deep dive into global governance, diplomacy, and cultural exploration. It is an 8-day journey across three iconic European cities:

• Zurich

• Geneva

• Paris

The itinerary begins in Zurich, where students explore the city’s historic charm, visit ETH Zurich, and experience Swiss culture.

In Geneva, participants engage with UN agencies, attend expert lectures at WIPO, WTO, and UNITAR, and take part in a negotiation simulation to develop leadership skills.

The final leg in Paris includes a visit to the Eiffel Tower, a scenic Seine River cruise, and a full-day adventure at Disneyland Paris.

This immersive experience blends education, networking, and unforgettable cultural moments.
